Factory letter
I want to get a factory letter, however it seems the only way to get one is to print out the form and send a check by snail mail. You would think a transaction such as this could be done online, anyone else think this is odd?
I dont have a working printer and since I almost never use one, I dont plan on getting another printer. I may have to get someone to print it out so I can send it in.

If they did that, then they could send the letter to you online..........but wait, you don't have a printer, so you wouldn't be able to print it out!!!!
Printers are cheap, cost less than the price of a letter from Mr. Jinks.

You do NOT have to use the form.
I do not use it, and I have lettered many dozens of guns if not hundreds.
Simply use the form as a guide, and supply ALL the information requested.
Be sure to include your mailing address and mail it using the address specified.

It could still be mailed back, I just meant ordering and paying for it online would make it easier for most people

Thank you for that information, I assumed you must use the form. I think I still have a form somewhere that I printed out years ago, if I cant find it, I will take your advise and just send the info and check without the form.

Any letter of Authenticity from anywhere sent by email could be "modified" then printed. I do not believe a "Signed" letter should ever be sent by email if it has any value attached to it.

Don't even waste time hunting it.
Go here, and open the form in another window while writing your letter:
Information about the SWCA
Are you handwriting it?
If so, I would print large and clear. Get the number right!
