What markings does it have (all of them) - any in Cyrillic? It seems to be a third model by its appearance. Unlikely to be a third model commercial with the SN provided. Close-up detailed pictures of all markings would be good.

As DWalt states, you have a Third Model Russian, shipped around 1876-77. There were several "Reissue" guns around your serial number range in the SWCA database, so it could be a commercial example. As for value, we need to know what the top barrel marking is? If Russian Cyrillic, then value could be higher, but the condition is poor. The gun is missing the lanyard ring, looks like it has an improper top screw or broken screw head in the topstrap, and is very worn, with practically no original finish remaining. I would still say, if working, you could value commercial revolver at $600 to $800, based on recent auction results for this model.

As stated above, you have a 3rd model Russian, commercial version made from rejected parts from a military contract, as evidenced by the "p" stamp on the butt. Condition is poor, and either a missing or broken screw in the top strap. The barrel stamping should have the "Reissue" patent date, if it's original to the gun. Ed.
