Welcome to the Forum. It appears that you need almost every part and they are definitely not available anymore. Most people looking for a few parts buy a beater gun for a small amount of money and salvage parts from it. I suspect that you also may have a donor gun and all the parts went elsewhere. The parts you have left are in very poor condition and would be very impractical to even try to get it working again.
You might have a 32 or a 38, but that is even hard to tell from what is left of the gun. If there is a serial number on the butt or at the rear of the cylinder that could help identify the gun, but if your bore measurements are correct, it is more likely a 32 Double Action revolver.

There are no serial numbers readable, it looks exactly like the one on the last picture though. Are you able to tell me how should I type in a gun model to find parts for it on ebay? I would appriciate your help, becouse I only know polish terminology, and not english one.

To be honest with you, you have a parts gun ONLY. What you need to do is find a gun just like it, that might be missing ONLY one or two of the parts that you still have, such as the side plate or a particular screw. Then you will have a complete gun. To rehabilitate your firearm would require much more in cost than it will ever be worth...

It may look like a Smith & Wesson but there were many, many copies that particular type of revolver. Unfortunately the parts are not interchangeable between the different makes. Without being able to identify exactly what your gun is there is no chance of finding which parts you need. Even with identification the parts are, for all intents, unavailable unless you can find another gun of the same make and model.

In my opinion, it is not a Smith & Wesson. It is a good copy. What does the top of the barrel say?

I agree with Mike. The gun is not a Smith & Wesson. No S&Ws of this type had square butt frames. Also, no serial number on rear of cylinder and side plate is way to small for a S&W. Ed.

I would guess either Belgian or Spanish.

If this was a foreign made copy from Belgium or Spain, there would be proof stamps somewhere on the gun. I see none, therefore it's my opinion this is one of the many cheaply made S&W clones made in the USA, such as those made by Forehand & Wadsworth, Meridan Arms Co, etc. Ed.
