I purchased on ebay a 38 military police s.w reloading kit. I collect reloading tools, tool kit is 95 percent mfg. 1889-1912 in the kit bullet mould has round ball and bullet cavity also you prime cases with bullet mold, kit is complete,also 2 pwdr. meas. 1 for black powder and one for smokeless. This is the only one that I have seen on the market picture of one in Quigleys book How rare is this tool all info. a plus for me. NO CAMERA
