It is interesting how the serial numbers of the New Model #3's don't correlate overly well with shipping dates. I thought it would be interesting to do the same chart for the original Schofields, but with an additional column indicating what model of Schofield it is. I don't have an original Schofield (but I'm hunting for one), but I do have some data to start out with. Just qoute this message (or the latest updated one) and insert the data:


Serial #...Shipped........... Type
1222 ...... July 12, 1875 ... 1st Model
