Jeff, very nice. Can't help on the date. If you are reloading now and want bullets, try Carolina Cast Bullets. They are pretty good. I bought some from them. If you want their phone number, p.m. me.

I have a 32 Hand Ejector Post War #60009X that shipped Jan 1953. That might make yours 1954?
