Default More info on the victory SV prefix

Hi all, The second pic is of the S mark on the side plate, the Standard book says this is one of the 40 thousand sent back for the safty install, that may be why the low serial number. Again the serial number is SV767774. And also does anyone have a good site where I can look up this guys name (D.F. Nicholson) Thanks for any help.
