Default Price check for a 35 Auto

Has anyone any info on what a 35 Auto is going for these days in 95%-98% condition blue and the same for a nickel version. ? Is there a market for them ? I never saw one for sale so I'm blind on this one. The books say one thing but if there are no buyers what is the real price. Thanks Richard

I'm not an expert but see them from time to time in excellent condition going for $500-600 for Blued versions. I had a 98% Nickel one and sold it for close to $700 on Gunbroker a few years ago.

There isn't that much market for them compared to other S&W's IMO. I had one that I decided to sell that I didn't have that much in so I put it on GB. S&W M35 first series in about 70 percent shape, excellent mechanically; I had $325.00 in and put it on GB and it brought $325.00 which was my starting price and only bid. Be careful of overpaying unless you are adding to a collection.
