Indentification Request

Hi, I have a four screw S&W .357 magnum hand ejector pistol, and was hoping for some help with identifying it. It has matching numbers on the butt, cylinder & barrel. It also has a post-war adjustable rear sight as well as a strain screw. NO model and NO reg. number. Please see attached pics, I hope they are helpful. Thanks, Jonny. Oh yeah, it's a 3.5" heavy.
