Trick or Treat!?!
44 Magnum, S153155, Class A-engraved (most likely) by Virginia Le Blanc and shipped on Halloween, October 31, 1956. This revolver is one of approximately five known with a 5-screw frame and nickel finish and the only one that is factory engraved. It is also one of the earliest 44 Magnums to be Class A-engraved and shipped to a distributor.

Doc, just curious, do you also have shooter guns you use? The guns you show us, I could never bring myself to shoot one of them. Thanx again for sharing the pics you post. Id never see guns of this caliber any where else.

Mule 88...I have a collection of shooters ranging in caliber from .17 HMR to 45 Colt. I belong to a range that is about ten minutes from my house that I visit frequently. It has four handgun ranges and two rifle ranges.

I'm with Mule88, Bill just once in a while could you show us a gun with some rust flakes on it, heck I will settle for dust flakes. Just something that allows the rest of us time to wipe the drool off our keyboards between your other photos.
PS: Where did you get that neat prop rod? I think that I like that one even better than the all blue ones.

James...It is a Lexan rod (or similar type polymer) with an S&W sticker applied to the end. The company Jim Fisher's son works for makes the stickers.
