Default RANGE TRIP .357 REG. MAG.

Hello All

Went to the range yesterday took the old timer out and did a little shoot'n. I will say I put this off and should not of. Loaded it up with 158 gr. swc and 5.1 gr. ww 231 the recoil was like nothing out of that 5" bbl. Well the gun preformed much better than the shooter. This will make it to the range more often now. I will say they really put the craftmanship into them when made the double and single action is smooth.
I still need to letter it and find out where it started out from jsut been lazy about that. It is a shooter due to the fact of the reblue non factory as you can see! mechanically in great shape.

Thanks

RB

Factory re-blue or not - that's a good-looking RM. Glad to see you are putting it to good use - and enjoying it.

That is one pretty RM! I have to be honest, I think I'd rather have one that was reblued or reworked, then I wouldn't feel like I had to baby it. I really like those grips, too. They make it look like an LE gun from the 40's, very stylish. Do you have any vintage leather to go with it?

Only one thing that could make that a better revolver, if I were the owner/shooter. I'm glad that it is getting the use and care it deserves.
