Here's my 1952. It'll be 60 on Jan. 8. It's really dark high polish blue, but it almost looks like nickel in this light.

There's a few Pre-27's mixed in there with 27 No Dash and 27-1 guns...
I'd take some better close ups, but I don't want to give Sal a stroke.

TheCount--whatever you can talk 'em down to
Donnie--it's your's do what you want, but know you'll play a devil of a time getting the paint off. And if you decide to sell in the future, it may impact your ability to get what you want out of it.

I have used Testor's fluorescent red model paint on some of my guns for years. It helps.
Not hard to remove if you change your mind.
I've read on the net that a white undercoat before the red coat improves visibility.

That photo makes me think of the game show Jeopardy. With that in mind, "I'll take row two for a $1,000".
All the rest of you - Thanks for sharing your beautiful guns.

Caught & Released
No longer mine, but about the nicest 3.5" that's spent time in my gun safe, with a matching numbered 8-3/4" barrel.

Michael:
I know where that one is... it is setting comfortably in my safe (thanks for letting it go). It is the nicest 3.5" RM in my collection. In the chain of ownership, the box was separated and eventually lost (I understand that there is quite a story about the loss of the box...)

These are great 357s. I there
are not alot of 5 and 6 inch barrels. Are the 3 and 3 1/2 " more common or more desirable or both?
