Default Another Value Question

What kind of price tag would you put on an M&P (pre-Model 10) 2" snubnose which has all matching serial numbers (except for the grips, which are period-correct), solid as a rock, 85%-90% bluing, and just some minor pitting on the cylinder?

Yeah, I forgot that part. According to S&W, it was made in 1956.

Bought a real nice one at the summer Reno show. Shipped 6-1952, correct, but mismatched grips, about 96%, very little usage, for $375. Yep, I jumped on that one like a duck on a Junebug. Big Larry

Sold it for $375. Didn't think that was too bad.

Default Me too!

I am going to jump in here... hope you don't mind.. I have a pre-10 5-screw sitting at GM. All SN's match. I just went at lunch and got them down to $395 OTD. Here is Pic.
SN c1501XX circa 1951 Not the best pic but it's in pretty good shape, Needs to be cleaned, no rust and very little muzzle wear. Blueing is fine for age. Maybe an 80% gun? I think stocks are original. Any thoughts as to whether I should jump or pass? No box.

Well,I paid $450 for a 1948 blued version and $400 for a 1948 nickel version. Does that answer the question?
