Default New to me K38/pre-14

Here's my new baby! Pre-model 14/K38 5 screw! Grips match the gun, no box/dox, but whatever, tis mine! It's beautiful w/ a little blueing wear at the muzzle, couple little dings, too. Can't wait to shoot it!

That's a good 'un! Amazing how so many of those 1950's guns remain in such fine condition. BTW,it deserves a box.

Very nice specimen. I just love the non-model-marked Masterpiece models even though I usually can't shoot them with more than mediocre results. Other people can work wonders with them, however, and I appreciate both their potential and their classic appearance.

Great score!

If I come across a box for her, I'll get it, but for now it'll sit in the case w/ the kimber. Aint no room in the other two wheelguns' boxes! Got some target grips for it, too, so I can keep those magnas safe!

Greetings-

That's a very nice gun. Should be accurate too. Let us know how it performs.

Respectfully,
Mike Q.

I have seen a few whose grips did not number, so great find to include the correct grips. I'd say the matching grips make it a dandy.

Super condition. I hope your shooting results with it are as good as I have had with mine.

Thanks y'all, I've wanted a k38 a long time. Those grips are gonna be kept somewhere safe when I take her to the range. Eventually id like to find some period-correct targets for her, but some 80s vintage ones will have to do for now.

Here's mine! An older brother of yours! I got it back in the mid '60s. I've fed it a steady diet of 148 grain wadcutters with mid range loads of powder ever since! It's a shooter deluxe! Hope yours does as well!
