44 Magnum Information Mailed
The 44 Magnum Information booklets were mailed yesterday and today. My thanks to everyone who ordered one in support of the Smith & Wesson Historical Foundation.
We have extra copies, so if you did not order one it is not too late.

Information received today
Well, what an interesting afternoon. I went out today to check the mail and I had this nice envelope from the SWHF waiting for me. I took it upstairs to my office to read through it in my favorite leather chair. I went downstairs to get a drink and begin the weekend, and when I came back, two glory hounds had appeared as seen below to read through the information. I guess they were both pleased that they made it into the book. The 6 1/2 inch gun shipped on April 17, 1956 to Canton Hardware Company in Canton, OH. The 4 inch gun shipped on November 6, 1956 to Sargent Sowell Company, Grand Prairie, TX.
Thanks again for making this information available. There were several new pieces of information that I found interesting and valuable.

Ordering info., price etc. would be appreciated.
Love my 29-2 and I actually shoot it at "fun" combat shoots. The target magnas play hell with the speedloaders but I just take my sweet ol' time with them. Bought a pair of "Goodyears" put them on and just as quickly took them off and sold them, couldn't deal with how they looked - the deuces with my time - .44Mag./M29s deserve better. Really would like to have your book.
Thanks - Hoppe's no.10

Got mine today as well. Very well done, and a lot of good information. Happy to see one of my 4 screws was listed.

I have received mine, and it looks great. How were the guns listed in the book selected?
