K non relieved smooth target stocks
Not sure if I have ever seen a set of stocks quite like this before. They are walnut and have a very nice feel and fit. There is no finish on the inside of the panels and the bottom surface looks correct. I don't recall if I have ever seen another set of K non relieved smooth targets before, or a set with such a short bottom.
What do you all think? Any other sets of K non relieved smooth targets?

Another set made of Goncalo alves (I believe yours are made of Goncalo alves too). Your stocks may have been shortened. I have seen several pairs of stocks that are shorter, but never as short as the ones you have.

Mike - here's the trashed pair I told you about on the phone - they started their life as N frame. I rescued these a year or so ago from a friend in Wyoming and they were already shortened on the bottom and mis-shaped on backstrap and top edge of horns - they make for a good "Shooter" pair
Your stocks are beautiful, but also believe they are shortened on butt.

I love these seldom seen K Frame Non Relieved Smooth Target Stocks
Here are two sets that have came into my possession; they both appear to be as-new, with excellent grain

Here are two more pairs of K-frame target stocks that date to the mid-50s or so. I really like the pair of yours on the left. I had a set of N-frame stocks that are quite similar to it.

I'm jealous again
That 410bore guy sure seems to find a lot of nice grips, you can't help but "like" him. But, sometimes every now and then I wish we had a "you suck" button.
