K22 Target Masterpiece?
I believe I have a pre 17 K22 Target Masterpiece. Pinned and recessed with a 6" barrel. Has the ribbed barrel with the patridge sight. All numbers match with the grips numbered to the gun. Serial is K30302. There is bluing loss towards the muzzle and on the cylinder. Also has some freckling. No box or paperwork. Trying to get a general idea of value and date of production? Unfortunately need to sell to help fund the kid a vehicle. Any info is appreciated. Sorry for the ****** pictures.

Can't comment on value, but it was born in 1948.

Others here will probably pin a higher value on it,but in that shape,I'll call it decent shooter grade,I'm thinking 400-450.Nice that it has original grips. There's a slightly newer one in my LGS,in much better condition, but with a trigger shoe and much newer target grips, and it's sitting there, week after week at 559.Mentioned it here on the forum, and not a peep of interest.

I think Camster nailed it.Its just too rough for a collector to buy but they are incredible shooters! I have a couple of these and its always the firt .22 pistol I grab when I am going plinking or shooting squirrel's that are not too far away;~) If I was selling it I would start at about $450 but you might have to come down a little more if you want a quick sale.
