I find the line at the bottom rather amusing. "Pacific Coast Branch - 717 Market St. - San Francisco, California". Sure can't see that happening today, selling pot is perfectly OK but you're a monster if you sell guns.

I'd go with late 'aughts or early 'teens. Those look like concave-topped stocks to me, so we are in the pre-medallion era.

The San Francisco address may be a clue - if that is Phil Bekeart's shop, it was destroyed in the 1906 earthquake. Thought the number and street was mentioned somewhere here but now I can't find it.
