Default New to me safety hammerless

Late last week my .32 New Departure Safety Hammerless arrived. What a tiny gun! This one has some history, too. It was refinished by the S&W factory in August of 1959. There's a tiny star under the left side grip along with three digits: 8 59.

I used to race bicycles--road race, mountain bike race and race on the velodrome. One June I bicycled coast to coast. As a result, a clean "Bicycle Gun" has been a quest I've been on for a couple of years. Here are a few shots.

That is a Nice looking 32! I'm guessing that the mechanicals
are as good as the looks? Will you be getting a holster for taking it riding?
I have one that was shortened for CASS events, and it is
really nice in the hand. Sure like to hear how it shoots, if you
take it to the range. TACC1

It appears to be in excellent mechanical condition, but I'm going to have a gunsmith look it over before trying to shoot it. My wife wants to use it as her carry gun!! Fortunately (for me, at least), she has a difficult time squeezing the grip safety.
