Default K-22 From the OGCA Show

Hi
Sometimes it helps to have a display at a show. Judy and I displayed at the OGCA show last weekend and were able to find a couple of very nice Smith & Wessons. The first one is a K-22 serial Number K206179. It is as close to 99% as you can get, it has the original box numbered to the gun with the correct brush and swab missing the Screw Driver but I have a extra one of those. Grips are numbered to the gun and it has a small turn line no other wear.
The gentleman with the gun brought it by for me to look at and give him a Idea of what he should get for it. I gave him a price that he should not take less than. He went around to some of the dealers but everybody did not come up to the price that I told him. So he can back and said being you were so honest with your pricing if you want it for that price you can have it. The Price was a fair price for him and me. It looks like there are dealers out there that want to make to much money on a gun and don't want to pay a fair price.
The gun is in a good home now.
Jim

Jim,

Very nice K-22. I am wondering if its actually a super rare 5.75in or 6.5in barrel example? Did you forget to tell us it belonged to Eisenhower? Was it used to win an olympic event? Just wanted to make sure I got all of the details....
