Default Fair price for "flat latch" Model 38

I'm considering the purchase of an Airweight Bodyguard with about 90% finish, flat latch and decent, correct appearing diamond stocks. I don't know if they number to the gun or not. The B/C gap and lock-up are good.

Considering the finish wear does $350 sound like a fair offer?

Was the Kyle a reference to me getting a 19-4 snub nose nickel for $450? Included are the Magna grips that I have coming in for it.
