Picked this one up today with a box of ammo for $240.00 serial number is 917188 has U. S. Property mark thinking 1942 approximate ship date. The finish isn't great but it is at least unmolested not rechambered, chopped or refinished. The only extra mark it has is a small importers mark under the barrel that is so small it looks like a scratch at first glance. This is the first British one I've seen locally that didn't have all the stamps that they love to put on one. Timing and lockup is about perfect here are two rough photos.
