Default Still my favorite 'ol Smith !!

I just keep coming back to this one as my favorite Smith. It's A M27 no dash 4 screw, S serial #, 5" bbl with custom stag grips. I'm almost glad it's had a factory re-blue sometime back in the day.... so it's a shooter. Great balance, smooth as silk action, and tight 25 Yd. groups.

Simply outstanding! Don't you love it when you're not afraid to get a scratch and can really enjoy it?

That's a nice one Ken. Those 5" 27's balance so well and are just "right".
Nice stags as well, but I'm sure you've heard that once or twice before

Old factory re-blue... That means it looks great, you can shoot it without fear, and no guilt for refinishing the gun. That is the best of all worlds!

Very nice. There's a classic series m27 at my local shop, but the $1,100 asking price is a bit much for me right now.
