Default NYPD revolver question

I have acquired a an M&P s# C39xxxx that is supposed to be an NYPD duty revolver. Blackstrap has what I'm told is a badge number. Also came with a Jay-Pee swivel holster.

Is there a way to research the badge number? I'm curious about rank, assignment and years on duty.

Thanks

RMRIVAS, a member here, is the NYPD expert. If he can't tell you when it was issued and to whom, nobody can.
