Default 4 screw 44 magnum

I picked this up the other day
It has some wear at the muzzle and a few other wear marks
The cokes have a little wear too. Someone put the gold filler but I think I will leave it in. Its the first time I have actually held the coke style grips and I do like them. Unfortunately no box or tools. Just the gun

Well
I don't know if it was a good deal...it was $1550. Probably a fair deal at best
It was a total impulse buy
I tried to haggle but they were firm on the price. So I just used my credit card. I figured what the heck, I really wanted it and it was there. Knowing my luck it would have sold the next day. Anyway I also think if its not worth the $1550 today probably in a year or two it will be

So you took the photos when the moon was blue last week/ A lighter color background will work better. Looks real good to me. One in a million. I just used my 0 interest Sears credit card to buy a frig. In ten years the $1400 frig will be worth $150 & the Smith will be worth $7000

4" pre 29 wearing cokes... it don't get much better than that. I paid over 2 grand for mine without box a year ago so I don't think you did badly. Now the hunt is on for the 4" pre 29 box and tools... I got incredibly lucky and located a case the very next day. They're out there but pretty scarce and dear.
