can anyone help me with any info on a S&W victory 38 stamped w/ U.S.NAVY w/ ser. #v2944. I believe this is an early production model, although i am not interested in selling, does this increase value?
Welcome! It's an early war production gun, probably from mid-late 1942. The Navy stamp does increase its value; depending on its condition, probably a 1/3 to 1/2 increase over a standard VM. Hope this is helpful.
