Welcome to this forum.
If there's no K way out in front of the serial number on the butt, you have a Model of 1955 J frame .22/32 Kit Gun Airweight if 3 1/2" barrel, Model of 1953 I frame .22/32 Kit Gun if 4", or Model of 1953 I frame .22/32 Target if 6" barrel; from 1956.

Can someone please help me identify my 22 long rifle
Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. Can someone please help me identify my Smith & Wesson .22 long rifle ctg
On the butt there is no K, but it starts with M6463
Under barrel has number 41607
Also says MOD 35-I
I have attached a few pictures. If someone has some knowledge about them, can you please tell me the year/age, price.. etc. Need help identifying this revolver
Any info or point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Start a new thread in the 1961 to 1980 area of forum, since it is a new topic.

Welcome to the forum!
Yes, you need to go here: http://smith-wessonforum.com/s-w-revolvers-1961-1980/
Then click on the NEW THREAD orange button at the top left and start a new thread. We can tell you all about that beautiful J frame target!

Another SN request
Just purchased what I think is a K-22
6” barrel from muzzle to front of cylinder
SN is K with a big gap and then 70xxx (photo below)
Cylinder had the SN but not preceded by K
No model number that I see.
Any help much appreciated

Hi James and welcome to the S&W Forum.
Here's a little tip:
Instead of tagging onto a 5 year old thread, you would be much better off to start a new thread about your K-22 Masterpiece.
Had you read this thread all the way through before you posted, you'd have seen posts #6 and #7 above that explained that and how to do it.
That said, your K-22 Masterpiece is from 1949. It is the five screw variation. It shipped nearly a decade before the K-22 appeared with a model number (which was Model 17).
