That would appear to be a 32 Hand Ejector Model of 1903, 5th Change. They were made from 1910 - 1917, from S/N 1025014 to 263000. It is actually a 5 screw, count the one in front of the trigger guard also. Looks very nice, and if all is correct with it would most probably fall in the $350 to $500 range, but since it is a family gun, it should be cared for so the following generations can also enjoy it. A little "light" cleaning with some Flitz or Mothers mag polish (very gently rubbed) would clean and shine up the nickle finish. I would remove the grips when doing so, and be sure to not over tighten the grip screw, the MOP grips can crack and break.
