Details on this gun?
Checked in on the consignments/used guns selection at a lgs today and one of the counter guys brought this one out from the back. They just got it in and he wasn't too sure about the details. The firing pin is broken/detached from the hammer and taped to the right side of the gun. They haven't even put a price tag on it yet.
Can you guys shed some light on details of this gun? Serial #1147

It appears to be a copy of a K frame S&W. My guess is maybe Spanish, but definitely not S&W. Some copies made in Spain are good quality, while others are far inferior to the real thing.

Almost certainly a Spanish copy. Fairly common, from between the wars, and there were several makers active at the time. Many were chambered in .32-20.

Indeed. The SA trademark appears to be that of Suinaga y Aramberri, a gunmaker from Eibar in the Spanish Basque country.
