I wonder how much the hammer swap and non-numbered grips affected the final price on the Outdoorsman's?

Wow....things are getting expensive...
And here I was sweating a bit for getting a 1952 vintage K22 masterpiece for 5 bills here in CA....how much higher can prices go? I guess if you got the cash, and the desire, price is no object. At this rate, H&R revolvers may even break $100 each...

Did you get that one Bruce? I really really like it.
I was surprised at this one:
Colt Officers Model Target Rev... Auctions Online | Proxibid
I thought it would have gone for a lot more.

Sort of sounds like its turning into something like the B-J auctions do with vintage cars.

Caleb,
I did. It's my first humpback.
I also picked this 32-20 up.
I really wasn't even looking to buy. Just doing some "recreational" bidding.

Bruce

I think you did really well to be honest. That's a really interesting gun, and I'll be curious to find out more about the stocks on it.

Thank you. But it's a slippery slope. I'm fairly certain I need a humpback 38 to go with it now.
I'll shoot you some photos of those stocks when I get it.

Bruce

Has anybody been watching the last few auctions on Gunbroker for David Carrol's "Woodlawn Boys"? The S&W's are catching up to the Colts for auction prices. Not quite there yet but getting closer. Check out the completer auctions.
