Ivory Mystery Grips, mystery solved
I had these mystery grips posted in the classifieds, and thanks to "austintexas" who suggested that they might be for a centennial, the mystery was solved. I had never considered they might fit a centennial because I equate the centennials only with the high horn grips.
Dug my centennial out of the safe and they fit well and look really good to me. Last month at the Colorado Gun Collectors Show, I must have shown these grips to 50 exhibitors and no one could identify them. Here are a few photos.
