Default Identify old 45 revolver

I was extremely happy to find out i would be receiving a few of my uncles old guns last week. Would love to know the model and year of this gun


Hand ejector
serial #42742
.45 (think its long colt) as 45LC ammo was with the gun
6-1/2" barrel
fixed sights
5 screw
