Default 5 inch Triple Locks

Admin Edit-
I moved all the posts below from this thread-
http://smith-wessonforum.com/s-w-han...#post139663866

That thread is about Five Inch .455 Triple Locks, which is a very rare bird, so I thought I would remove the clutter.
I clarified Jim's statement about 5" TLs being very scarce. YES, he was referring to 5" TLs in .455 caliber.

original post:
[QUOTE=bmg60;139663866]The 5 inch Triple locks are very Scarce I have only seen one other."[?QUOTE]

Jim, are you speaking of the .455 TLs or all Triple Locks?

I bought a 5" triple lock serial #1890 at the OGCA show in January. Finish isn't as nice as yours. I'll try and post pictures later....

Your gun sure looks a lot better than mine. The funny thing is that here in Georgia I have only seen 3 Triple Locks out for sale in my life, and all of them had 5 inch barrels. Must be a Georgia thing. I only bought one of them because, at that point, I already had one. I'm not really very smart a lot of the time. Plus, I was kind of poor back when I saw them. Here's a picture of my only one which I've already posted too many times before.

George,

That's a real sweetheart!

Is it 44 Spl or 455 Mk II?
