Default The Last of the 4 Screw 22's

This period of S&W's history has always been fascinating to me. The redesigning of the side plate, the introduction of the model number designations, the recent introduction of the 44 magnum. The factory must have been a busy place with all the changes. I have several non-model marked 4 screws and model marked examples, but this is my first Model 17-1. I don't know if this one came with the target stocks. Only a letter from S&WHF could tell. I only wish this high condition 22 came with the original box. Oh well. I'm still pretty happy with it.
