Thanks Wanted to buy
Today, I was the lucky recipient of a beautiful 1959 M48 4 screw with a 4" bbl. and RR W/O sights. Near 99%. Target hammer too.
I had posted on the WTB section quite a while ago. I had been looking for a 4 screw M48 4" for a couple years. They are very scarce. Thanks, to my new friend Tom Carroll. Big Larry

Ok, congrats. But where are the pictures? And you've all seen this one before but since we're waiting to see yours I'll post it again.

Computer illiterate, but I will learn to take pics.
Mine looks just like yours with the exception of the stocks. One of the finest bluing jobs I have ever seen. Sent for a letter yesterday. Thanks, Big Larry

We'll look forward to the pictures. Yes, the finish on mine is really nice, who would guess it went back to the mothership for a refinish in 1969. It might have gotten its front sight red insert then too, or does yours have one of those also?

Yes. It has the RR W/O sights. I will post the findings on the letter when it comes. Big Larry
