Well boys, I just picked up my new Brazilian 1917 this morning. Lots of blemishes, and also lots of blue. It's tight with a great bore and cylinder chambers. Original grips, and a lanyard ring. The serial number is 1934xx. The import mark is on the under lug of the barrel. Diamond grips with same serial number as gun. Brazilian crest on right side of frame with "1937" stamped under crest. It ain't a cherry collectors gun but it's what I wanted for a shooter. Price??? $300 with 1/2 and full moon clips.
