I was at a gun show this afternoon and going thru a pile of parts and found an old barreled "N"frame from a nickled triple lock?? serial number 2187 with a star. Last pa't date was '08, caliber .44 special. Barrel (5")had the shroud over the ejecter rod. Question? is this a triple lock serial number and will "N" frame parts (lock work)fit this frame. I'm thinking that this might be a project gun or maybe just a "mission impossible". Your thoughts please.
