It's not a Model 30, or even a pre-Model 30.
It's a whole lot older. The serial number and barrel patent dates point to a .32 Hand Ejector Model of 1903, 5th Change. (How's that for a mouthful?)
The SCSW3 has these with 3-1/4, 4-1/4 or 6 inch barrels. Produced from 1909 - 1917 in a serial range of 102,501 - c.263,000, so yours is someplace in the middle of the production run.
