Just a reminder—the Wanamaker Arms Show, aka, the Tulsa Gun Show is November 8th and 9th this year.
We will be meeting, as usual, on Saturday evening in the conference room at the Best Western Tulsa Airport. Dinner will be BBQ from Rib Crib and the price will probably be $12 per person. This includes drinks (BYOB) and snacks before dinner and buffet supper. Doors open at 6:30 and dinner about 7:15. "Show and tell" will be after the dinner, so bring something that you "just love", have questions on, need some info on or just want to show off!
Remember, although most of us are members of the SWCA, non-members are welcome! (we may even convert them!) So I can get a rough head count, please let me know if you are coming and how many.
Hotel info is below. They are probably full-but you never know!
Best Western Tulsa Airport
222 North Garnett Road
Tulsa, Oklahoma 74116
Phone (918) 438-0780
Toll Free (888) 438-0780
Fax (918) 438-9296 www.
BWTulsaAirport.com
It's always a lot of fun! Please email me at [email protected] if you can attend!

Sheryl, Unfortunately Wanamaker has scheduled his Tulsa show in conflict with the Yuma, AZ. gun show, despite my early warnings to Wanamaker that his show will suffer greatly in attendance due to this conflict. The hard core S&W people in the southwest do not miss the Yuma show, as this is where the $500 factory engraved T-Locks & Reg. Mags. in paper bags, walk into the show from the little old lady snowbirds selling their late husbands "old guns" they don't want. So, have a great time at Tulsa, say hello to all our friends, and we will post pictures of the latest finds at Yuma after the show! See you at the April 2009 Tulsa show! Ed.

Hi all. Always made a point of going to the louisville, knob creek, and tulsa shows in sept/oct every year. Unfortunately due to Tulsa being later in the year, I have to pass on Tulsa this Nov. Will probabably have to go to the April show next year which conflicts with the Knob Creek show, still you can't go to them all. Regards Ron.

I may drive out at the last minute.
I spent a month doing hurricane security work in La. and Tx. for some " <STRIKE>fun</STRIKE> gun money" but haven't been paid yet. If the funds show up I'll head on out.

Best of luck to all those who will be there, though---may the RM's and 1926's roll in through the door by the truckload!!!
