Default Centennial (Pre40) Box Question

Could someone tell me about the box used for the early Pre40s and Pre42s? Please post any photos if possible. Mucho thanks, Lee.

They are red boxes. The very earliest labels (like these two) just say "Hammerless". Later ones have a rubber stamp "Centennial" on the label and the last ones have labels with "Centennial" printed on them.

These two are 7xx and 4xxx and also exhibit two early forms of the flat latch.
