Late style Altamonts,made for S&W,probably Ns.They are machined with frame size in the inside.

They are basically the same grips just the insides are cut out for K & L frame or N frame.

Judging from the width of the upper horn section, I'd say N frame also. The ones I have seen for a K/L frame are narrower there.
