Sounds like it's closer to an NRA MGCS "very good"; here's a link to their assessment metrics:
The National Firearms Museum: Evaluating Firearms Condition
If "very good", revise value only a little downward; perhaps a $450 to $550 range depending on the weather. The one I saw go for $650 was an NRA "perfect" with all original items, i.e., numbered box, complete paperwork, vapor paper and tools; it was essentially buying a "new" forty year old Model 10.
Yours is nonetheless quite nice sounding, with minimal carry wear; if mechanical assessment is correct and all times correctly and is in spec, add box and paperwork, that's a nice item.
