Default Bought a 67

I recently bought a shooter grade (no dash)67 from a friend. It has the newer style cylinder release and has had the cylinders chamfered. It has "C.H.P." stamped on the left side of the frame under the cylinder. The Sr # is 13K9XXX. Anyone know what year it was made? Was this a California Highway Patrol gun?

I bought this gun to shoot in IDPA Stock Service Revolver.
