Default 15-3 and 18-3 within the month!

I've been searching for a nice (not NIB safe queen!!) Model 15 and 18 for quite some time. Found the 18-3 on this forum then went on a short vacation and stopped at a new gunshop 250 miles from home and BINGO-scored the 15-3! ($380 plus tax and instant check-a great deal IMO)

Model 15-3 Combat Masterpiece .38 Special circa 1971- 98% with original numbered Magna grips. I added the mid 1970's target stocks.

Model 18-3 Combat Masterpiece .22 LR circa 1974 - almost 99% TT, TH, came with the gorgeous mid 1980's target stocks. (This one was $$)

Congratulations on a beautiful pair of S&W K frame revolvers. I bought a Model 18-3 last year and a Model 15-4 this year and they make a great set.

Very nice set! Both guns look vertually unused! I made the same set of an 18-3 and 15-3 a couple of months back.

glenncal1, You and I are on the same wavelength! I would agree that a 48 is needed to complete this set. I got that covered!
Just a couple of weeks ago I added a 48-2! My 15-3 and 48-2 came with the target stocks they are shown wearing (smooth in the case of the 48). I added the 1970s era target stocks to the 18. My 15-3 shows some holster wear, but is mechanically perfect. More than likely it is an ex-police gun that was carried more than shot. I thought it was worth the asking price of $199 as shown. Yours are set up perfectly! There is nothing that beats the feel of a S&W Combat Masterpiece with target stocks!
Here's my set:
From top - model 18-3, model 48-2, model 15-3
