I have two revolvers that I am putting up for sale. One is a model 520 New York State Police (they were never put into circulation) .357 with a fixed rear sight. It is new and unfired in the original box. The second one is a 4" 13-2 in the same condition, NIB. Any thoughts on the current value of these two beautiful revolvers?

I paid $269 out the door for my 4" 13-2 about seven years ago. I don't know how much that helps as I suspect they're going for a good bit more now.

1k for the 520 and maybe $600 for the 13

Just sold a 13-3 4" excellent condition no box no P&R locally for $475.00 and felt lucky to get that.

I had to go back to March to jog my memory as to what my max hammer price was at a live auction at the time. The gun was, as described, NIB, unfired (outside the factory), with everything still in the box. My $800 bid got squashed (that's $942 OTD). I'd still pay that if the gun was really correct. As a hunter of the NYSP M-520 I won't disclose the final price. It's still there though.

Honestly, I wish you well when you sell it. I know there are people out there with crazy money to spend on one. That just makes it a little harder for us sane people.
