Default rear sight inserts

Hi

I picked up a 1980 S&W 17-4 with an 8 3/8 in. barrell yesterday.

It shoots great with cci standard velocity. but after about 50 rounds I am having trouble focusing on the front sight. Is there an aftermarket rear sight blade with the white outline available for this model?

I have a model 41 thats alot of fun to shoot but this revolver is a blast! shoots almost has good as the model 41 with a red dot sight, if I could only keep focused on the sights.

thanks in advance for any info!

Yes you can get different sight blades and change them to the WO.

Trick is figuring out what height you need. If the current one is working I would start there. Suppliers like Brownell's, Midway USA may have items in stock.
