Picture Thread - S&W's with stag grips
Picked the middle road on age based solely upon the one with which I'm starting this out, but I imagine we'll also be seeing both some older and newer guns that conform to this theme....

Well, I guess it is OK to post this one. Not really "stags" in the truest sense of the work.

Only gun I've ever had that's nice enough to merit Executioner's stags:

Okay, I know this 32 Model of 1903 HE is from 1935, but I figure its period stag grips would allow it in here anyway:

Wow! Thanks to all who have contributed to this thread. It's turned out to be one continuous feast for the eyes. I don't know about all of you, but every time I said to myself, "That's the nicest one yet," still another gorgeous photo was posted.
As I'd anticipated, there are guns above antedating 1961 as well as some that are post-1980. Actually, quite a wide spectrum of models and eras, something here of interest for almost everyone.
Plus nobody has been gauche enough to crash the party with a set of Jay Scott's or Franzites or the like (and please, I'm emphatically not suggesting anyone do so).
