chuck, WOW. exactly where is that supposed holster wear? i see a turn ring but the rest looks great to me. thanks for sharing. lee

Lee all the sharp edges especially on the cylinder are worn through to the white. Great mechanics though. Must be the lighting today. If you look at my post of the 4 29-1s in different barrel lengths you can better see what I'm referring to.

My pre 29 has the same look as far as holster wear. I like to refer to as good honest wear. We don't have to argue about if the gun has been refinished. Thanks for the post it inspires us to keep looking under all the rocks and just maybe we will find a prize.
