Would Like to Date My Latest M36
Over the years I put together a pretty spiffy homemade list of manufacture/ship dates for nailing down most Chiefs Specials and Model 10s. That documentation apparently did not survive my last household move. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, I'm hoping one of you forum members can help me pin down the production/ship window for a recently acquired Model 36 no dash.
Serial #4311XX. (No floating J). I'm pretty sure it's mid-60s but would like to fine-tune that. Thanks for your help.

1966, I think, but late 1965 is a possibility. I think a letter is your only option if you want more precision than that.

Thanks, Dave. That's about what I figured, and that's close enough. I'll just imagine it when it was brand new and possibly riding under the front seat of a cream colored GTO. Right between two empty Pearl beer cans.

He doesn't have ALL of them! 
Model 36 No Dash which I believe is around 1961 vintage.
I just love posting this little beauty!
