I'm Now In The 28 Club
Last evening when all of the kids were out Trick or Treating, I was out picking up a Model 28-2, SN N526XXX. Proof that sometimes Armslist deals do work out. I'm pretty excited about this big ol' revolver and can't wait to put some rounds through it this weekend. Now to find a leather holster for it.........

That one looks just right. Not abused and not pristine. Shooting with no regrets. You WILL love it.

It is very hard to beat a 4" Highway Patrolman for shootability! I've been shooting them for 50 years, have owned several and can't imagine being without one. Great guns. You bought a dandy.

Welcome to the club. At one time I think I had three, but now I'm down to just this one.

Welcome to the club! Here are a couple of mine...All 28-2. I just love them:
4" with "DPS24xxx" roll mark, "S" serial #. A 6" transitional (Recessed, not pinned) And last is a 4" with Original grips and 4 digit Serial # N6xxx. Here's too the Mod 28-2's...Must be one of the first months production with "N" frame designation.

Check out LOBO for a holster. I carry one of my two 4" M28-2s in an IWB one I got from LOBO and I literally forget I'm wearing it.
